Return and Refund Policy

Gibson Spiritual Wellness's services are for entertainment purposes only.  Healing sessions are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.  Please confirm your fitness for services and discuss any medical questions with your trusted medical provider.  Refunds are not granted for missed or forgotten appointment times due to missed availability for others to schedule within that time slot.  Payment must be received prior to appointment time to hold the time slot.  Refunds will only be granted if Gibson Spiritual Wellness is for any reason unable to meet at the scheduled time or unable to provide services to the customer.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of refund: Appointment must be cancelled no later than two (2) hours prior to appointment time.
• Process of refund: Refunds will be provided back to the customer in the same fashion as payment was originally provided.
